Inhalt:
Fritz Haarmann was one of the most notorious serial killers of the 20th century. He wreaked havoc at the beginning of the twenties in the winding alleys of the old town of Hanover. The "Werewolf" killed at least 27 people by biting them in the neck. Haarmann's victims: young men between the ages of eleven and twenty-three, for Harmann no more than "doll boys." The film sheds light on the multi-layered criminal case, in which not only the citizens of the city were involved, but also, not least, the Hanover police.
"Loof shows him (Haarmann) as perpetrator and victim at the same time" (Bild).
